The market is up big today on the news of the impending announcement, but we're nowhere near where we were last week. As investors start to realize what a long, hard slog this is going to be, I believe the enthusiasm will wane very quickly. Even if we've seen the market lows this year, we won't revisit our old highs for a few years.
